This page explains the refund policy for purchases of the TrustPack AI Legal & Trust Pack itself (the Standard and Pro document packs sold on this site).

If you're not happy with your purchased pack for any reason, email
support@vfsystem.tech within
14 days of your purchase, including your order ID (e.g. /order/42) and the
email address you used at checkout. We'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
What you're buying
A one-time purchase unlocks a watermark-free download (ZIP containing HTML, Markdown, and PDF versions) of the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookie Notice, Refund Policy, DMCA Notice, and Contact page generated from the business details you entered — plus, on the Pro tier, additional documents such as an EULA, Acceptable Use Policy, and Accessibility Statement. A free, watermarked preview of all documents is always available before you pay, at trustpack.vfsystem.tech.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed via NOWPayments using cryptocurrency. Approved refunds are sent back to a wallet address you provide, in the same cryptocurrency used for payment (or, where that isn't practical, an equivalent value in a stablecoin we agree on by email). Network/miner fees for the refund transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount. We aim to process approved refunds within 3 business days of your request.
How to request a refund
- Email support@vfsystem.tech within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order ID and the email address used at checkout (use Find My Order if you've lost the link).
- Let us know a cryptocurrency wallet address where the refund should be sent.
This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly on trustpack.vfsystem.tech. It does not affect your statutory rights under the law of your country of residence, where applicable.
